International transfers

Some service providers or their support operations may process information outside the United Kingdom.

Where UK data-protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we will rely on an applicable adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, or another lawful safeguard.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our use of cookies, local storage and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie Policy section below.

Non-essential technologies will not be activated before the required choice has been obtained.

Cookie Policy

About this policy

This section explains how LCMT Digital uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies on lcmt.digital.

What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a website in a browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature that can remember information on a device.

Some technologies are necessary for a requested service or security. Others, including many analytics and advertising technologies, normally require a visitor’s prior consent.

Current use

The LCMT Digital website uses RankSite’s consent mechanism to record a visitor’s cookie preference.

The consent mechanism uses the following first-party browser storage:

Name: rs-consent Type and provider: First-party local storage set by RankSite’s consent component Purpose: Remembers whether the visitor accepted or rejected optional technologies and prevents the consent banner appearing on every page. Duration: Persists until the visitor clears site storage or the website changes the saved preference.

We will not state that Google Analytics, advertising cookies or other optional tracking technologies are active unless their installation has been confirmed through a production cookie and storage audit.

Necessary technologies

Necessary technologies may support security, network delivery, form submission and remembering a consent choice.

Consent is not normally required where storage or access is strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the visitor, but we still explain the technology where practical.

Optional analytics

We may introduce privacy-conscious analytics in the future.

Before doing so, we will update this policy with the relevant provider, technology, purpose and duration, configure the consent mechanism appropriately, and prevent non-essential technology from loading before consent where required.

Rejecting optional technologies will not prevent access to the main website content.

Forms and external services

Submitting a form sends the information you enter to our form-processing provider, currently Formspark, so that we can receive and respond to your enquiry.

The form submission is an active request by the visitor and is separate from optional analytics consent.

Links to third-party websites are governed by those providers’ own policies once you leave our website.

Managing your choice

When no choice is stored, the website offers Accept and Reject controls.

If RankSite provides a dedicated Cookie Settings or reopen-preferences control, this may be used to change a previously saved choice.

Where such a control is not available, you can reset your choice by clearing lcmt.digital site data in your browser and reloading the page.

Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies and site storage.

Blocking necessary technologies may affect form handling or the website’s ability to remember a choice. Your browser’s help documentation explains the controls available for your device and browser.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy following material changes to the technologies or suppliers used by this website and show the latest effective date.
